The book
Beneglyph v.1: The Third Form of Expression is the first sustained presentation of the work. It introduces the central recognition, establishes the initial vocabulary, and opens the wider inquiry from which the framework proceeds.
About Beneglyph
Beneglyph began with Saul, author of Beneglyph v.1: The Third Form of Expression, originator of the beneglyphic concept, and founder of Beneglyph Group, LLC.
Beneglyph Group, LLC publishes the work, owns and stewards the associated intellectual property, and supports the continuing development of the framework.
The book provides the foundation. The framework extends the inquiry. Beneglyph.com presents the public-facing work. Future publications and framework materials will carry it forward.
The founder
Saul’s work begins with a recurring concern: that some of the most consequential forces shaping communication, decisions, and human affairs are not the ones most easily stated, measured, or explained.
He studied Business Economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and approaches the beneglyphic framework through a combination of strategic, philosophical, and systems-level thinking. Rather than treating those disciplines as separate, his work examines how meaning, timing, symbol, perception, and choice interact within the same environment.
That inquiry gave rise to Beneglyph v.1: The Third Form of Expression and to the wider framework now taking shape around it. As author, originator, and founder, Saul’s role is not only to develop the work, but to preserve its conceptual continuity as it moves from the foundational volume into public language, the website, and future forms.
The stewarding entity
“What’s the difference between your AI and mine?
Mine doesn’t take me as seriously when it sees me wink.”
Beneglyph Group, LLC is the publisher and steward of the beneglyphic body of work. It owns the associated intellectual property and provides the legal and organizational continuity through which the book, website, and future framework materials are developed and presented.
Its role extends beyond publication. Stewardship includes preserving attribution, protecting conceptual integrity, coordinating the public expressions of the framework, and determining how new material should enter the world as the work continues.
This structure keeps authorship, ownership, publication, and development in clear relationship. Saul originates and authors the work. Beneglyph Group, LLC holds and stewards it. Together, they preserve a continuous line from the foundational volume to the public framework and the work that may follow.
One body of work
The beneglyphic body of work extends across a book, an evolving framework, this website, and future publications and materials. These are not interchangeable. Each serves a distinct role, but all proceed from the same central inquiry into the third form of expression and what its recognition may mean for communication, judgment, artificial intelligence, and human affairs.
They remain connected through a shared conceptual lineage, Saul’s authorship and continuing development, and the stewardship of Beneglyph Group, LLC.
Beneglyph v.1: The Third Form of Expression is the first sustained presentation of the work. It introduces the central recognition, establishes the initial vocabulary, and opens the wider inquiry from which the framework proceeds.
The beneglyphic framework is the evolving body of concepts, distinctions, language, and applications associated with that inquiry. The book establishes its foundation, while the framework provides room for the work to develop across additional questions and domains.
Beneglyph.com is the public-facing gateway to the work. It provides concise definitions, examples, orientation, and pathways into the book while creating a place for carefully developed additions as the framework continues to mature.
Later publications and framework materials may examine questions, domains, and implications that the first volume could only begin to approach. Each new work will remain part of the same conceptual lineage while being developed for its own purpose and audience.
As the body of work expands, its authorship, ownership, and stewardship remain clear.
Continuing development
The designation v.1 is deliberate. It marks a beginning rather than a claim that the work is complete. The beneglyphic framework is expected to develop through further writing, analysis, examples, and applications as new questions and implications emerge.
Development, however, does not mean allowing the central idea to shift whenever the body of work expands. New material should clarify, deepen, or responsibly extend the framework while preserving the distinctions that give it coherence.
Different forms of development can serve different needs. The website can provide public orientation and clarification. Later volumes can pursue particular questions more fully. Additional framework materials can explore how the ideas relate to specific domains and changing conditions.
This balance—continued development without conceptual drift—is part of the responsibility shared by Saul and Beneglyph Group, LLC.
